Since Gmail and a few other email providers seem to be blocking messages sent from this server, the process of having new member accounts verified has been a pain. I've generally gone into the database every couple days to manually either mark accounts as being verified or shut them down as spambots (which about 90% of new sign-ups are).

To make this process easier, I just created a new admin page for overlords and terminators that is accessible from the 3DSPaint.com homepage called "Admin New Members". Any time new members are pending verification, the icon will show a number badge. Hopefully this will help until something can be done with the email server.

The admin page shows the Username, First Name, Email, Signature, and Source (i.e. dsipaint.com, 3dspaint.com, etc.). For those who are going to be using this tool, I generally see spambots creating accounts with the following:
1. Username and First Name are identical, or the first name is the same with a few extra characters
2. Username will be a jumble of characters with the first one capitalized
3. Username will have a suspicious word in it like "Loan" or "Pay"
4. Signature will have odd keywords like "Saginaw Crossover" or "AEV High Steer"
5. Signature will have links to websites, either as HTML or as BB Code
6. Email address has a non-standard top-level domain

Note that I have blocked the creation of Signatures on sign-up via 3dspaint.com or hullbreachstudios.com, so 4 or 5 may not apply.
