Today i will talk about-
What on earth!? a wild Mew?. Yup its true i will talk about the Mew glitch.
The Mew glitch is a bug in Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow discovered in 2003. This glitch is famous for players to catch any pokemon (mostly Mew). There are three methods of the Mew Glitch, Method #3 lets you to catch some glitch Pokemon and doing the ZZAZZ glitch.
Method #1
This can let you get mew at the earliest point possible in the game, Make sure you didn't defeated the Swimmer in Cerulean Gym and the Jr. Trainer (The one who says �I saw your feat from the grass) on Route 24 in the grass. The player needs to defeat the Trainers on Nugget Bridge as usual and you need a Abra that can Teleport, But in Pokemon Yellow you have to catch Abra on Route 5 or traded for one.
Ok heal your pokemon at Cerulean City Pokemon Center so you can teleport here later. With Abra in your party, you must stand north of the Jr. Trainer so that he is just below the screen. also save the game here because its recommended. Ok move down and quickly press the start button. Now Teleport with Abra. If done right, the Jr. Trainer should see you and than you will teleport away. At this point, the menu will not work until after the player enters a battle. The player then needs to go inside the Cerulean Gym and battle the Swimmer. After defeating the Swimmer, You must head to Route 24, The menu will suddenly appear. Upon closeing the menu, a battle will begin with a wild Mew (Good luck!)
Method #2
Method #2 is nothing much.. its the same as Method #1 but you have to fly away from any trainer that will engage in battle the moment the trainer is on screen and the player is in the Trainer's line of sight than you fly to Cerulean City. The player then needs to go to Route 24 and defeat the Youngster that owns a Slowpoke. (You must be a step away from the trainer or it will freeze.) After that the player needs to fly to Lavender Town and head to Route 8. The menu will suddenly appear. Press B or click on ''EXIT'' and the battle with Mew will begin.
Now its time for some fun
The Ditto Glitch
Ok its the same as #1 and #2. but after flying away from the Jr. Trainer you can fight any Trainer you see. next you need to find a Ditto at Route 15 on Pokemon Red/Blue or Pokemon Mansion on Pokemon Yellow. Ok you found a wild Dittto, next you need to switch to a pokemon with a special Stat of 21 and the Ditto will Transfrom into it. Next defeat it or run away then fly away to Cerulean city. The player needs to walk to Route 24 and the menu will appear, and than a wild Mew will battle you.
Ok the fun part, Many different regular and glitch Pokemon, as well as glitch Trainers, can be encountered with the Ditto glitch. Here is a list of pokemon and the Special stats you need, Pokemon are black, Glitch Pokemon are Golden, And Trainers are bold
