Adjusting is a very difficult thing for some people to handle.

I,

am one of those people.

I don't care for that nauseous feeling I get when I realize that things are going to change.

I don't like having to adjust, just to do it all over again.

Nobody does.

But that's the thing.

Everything is forever changing.

There is no way around it.

Even though you will want to scream at the world and ask it to remain still for a moment,

at the end of the day it's simply a waste of your breath.

Things are always changing,

And there is not a thing you can do to stop it.

You are always adjusting,

And you also won't be able to stop that either.

And that's okay.

If things were always the same,

It would get boring after awhile,

don't ya think?

Some things in life just simply aren't made for questioning.

There is no explainable answer.

Just trust the universe and it will light the way.

Believe me,

It created everything you see and love,

It knows what it's doing.

Adjusting is routine.

People will tell you to roll with the punches,

But they're wrong.

In order to adjust,

The only thing you have to do is relax.

Your body will take care of the rest.

Place faith in yourself and everything will soon be in peace within you.
