This is somethin' I wrote last year when I was bored in Seminar. :/ Enjoy?
Howling, biting, snarling mouths, thank god for your safe house.
Think of what it must feel like to be a mouse, Terrified, heart racing. Running from flashing teeth, From blood shot eyes, and foaming muzzles.
On a full moon, alone in your house, Hear the throaty call of wolves, inviting you to step outside.
Sure, wolves are cute creatures, But they are masters of the night, able to bring you down without much of a fight.
Think about stepping outside, only to find a pack of wolves only 15 meters by. Calling you to them.
Think of a cold miserable hell outside. Think of snow, white and red, splotched with blood. See Steaming red muzzles, and glowing eyes, watching you hungerly. Ask yourself, "Do I really want to get to know Wolves?"
Feel the pain of sheared limbs, shredded muscles. The bitter sting of tears, lying on a bed of snow.
The agony of broken bones, marrow oozing out. A cracked skull, brain ripped leaving.
Think of a ripped stomach, organs slipping out, and think your last thought, "Why did I ever leave my house?"
Please, no flames. I know it's not good, but It's a long poem for me. Maybe tips and/or suggestions?
You're so talented! (As if I haven't told you already xD)
You should enter a poetry competition I bet you would win.
This is skill and talent, mixed in with a bit of country and dog!

Yeah, lol, I didn't even think about that until after my battery died yesterday, lol.
I really need to pay more attention to peoples' genders here, as this isn't the first time I've messed up like that.
(It's beginning to become a recurring problem with me, lol.)
This is DEFINITELY a very good Poem, and I'm saying that as a person who both admires Wolves, and feels sad about what we Humans have done to them.
Many people hate Wolves, because they fear them, like most ferocious Predators, but the very same things most people fear about them, is precisely what I admire about them.
Most people who want to protect Wolves (which are VERY Endangered, BTW) try to talk about Wolves as misunderstood creatures, who are completely harmless to us Humans.
(Which is true, for the most part.)
But in my mind, the fact that Wolves are fearsome Predators isn't something we should try to deny, or run away from, but something we should embrace, and admire about them, as it's a part of what they really are, as well.
(I would also say the same applies to my favorite category of Animal: Sharks.)
