So im adding an account called Angrycat but it wont allow the cout because the Email is invalid so if you have a random emal account that you dont use pm me or create one for me because it wont allow me to create other account...

1, next time take it to the Help Desk. 2, what's the purpose of the second account? Name change? You can wait one year and you'll be able to change this account's name. Avoiding bans or trying to cause trouble? Don't try to. Admins can see alts and will terminate both accounts if you use the other account for the wrong reasons.

Ok heres an example what im saying: if you havent been on dsi paint for a yeah and whean you get back and you log in it will say access denied because someone is hacking they dont know about the 2nd account

It's impossible for someone to hack your account unless you gave out your password to someone (which you shouldn't). 1, this community isn't popular to be targeted by anyone. 2, what do people have to gain from hacking your account? Not like you have bank information on here and you don't have admin powers to allow the hacker to do any damage. Point is, there's almost no value in hacking your account.
