Hi there. My name is Aoba Ichano, a local journalist for the town of Mizarou. In this barren valley on the east coast of Honshu, a bustling town sprung up around a naval base led by a peculiar admiral.

After a slow news week, I decided it was about time that I shine some light on the origins of this naval base. As a former kanmusu, I understand how it operates, but how did it get there in the first place? It's about time that Aoba finds out!

Goodness gracious～, the admiral is so busy nowadays. Every time I tried to contact him, I was told by a secretary that he was busy.
