Hello, it's your friendly (?) neighborhood Gui.

You might've noticed that my publishing of blogs has slowed down quite a bit, and I do have to admit, I've been increasingly busy the last few months with little time to spare to write blogs in my free time. Not only that, I feel like my inspiration for writing blogs has completely and utterly vanished. There's not even a drop of a single idea of what I want to write most of the time.

Granted, I would come up with many ideas while uder intense repressed emotions, so I guess the fact that I can't think of much is a good sign that I'm taking care of my body a little more. Relieving stress every once in a while can do wonders. I'd suggest you do the same if you have the chance. If you know how, that is.

Anywho, for the amount of time that I have been active on this site, I'd say that I've accrued quite an amount of unpublished or unfeatured blogs. Collectively, I call this "the Vault". Before, I would rarely leave anything for the Vault. Nowadays, nothing I write seems to be good enough for my standards, so in the Vault it goes.

I'm writing this blog since I would figure that some people would enjoy reading some of the material I've written in the past few months. There's all kinds of stories in there: ones of adoption, ones of reckoning with the past, ones of realizing that worshipping a wooden carving after a plane crash may be just a product of a fever dream.

The question is: do you guys want to see them? It'll probably won't be up to par with my usual quality of writing, but it's smething to fill the void while I gather my thoughts for this upcoming fall.
