Former Paint member Tora-Kokoro wrote this wonderful Pride Month blog back in 2021, but she (unfortunately) left Paint on October 1st 2023, and so her Pride Month blog was almost lost forever.
Fortunately, it just happened to be one of a few blogs of hers that I had previously downloaded onto my tablet, long before she had disabled her account last year, and so rather than letting her blog disappear forever, I decided to resubmit it myself for y'all to enjoy this Pride Month. (It's a REALLY cool and informative blog!)
I also decided to add links to this cool 2SLGBTQIA+ wiki website that my BFF UwUQueen told me about to the blog, which provides even more information about each part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ spectrum covered in Tora's blog, for those who'd like to learn even more.
Anyway, here it is!
Hello my wonderful queer children and allies!
This month of June is Pride Month, a whole 30 days to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. I decided to make a little something.
I have gathered hex codes for each Pride Day, and they are all pride colors for each part of the LGBTQ+ spectrum.
Feel free to use the codes however you'd like! I will progressively add more per day according to the Pride Month.
(All hex codes are in colored order from left to right)
I've also included definitions so we can all learn new things. :)
Similar to pansexual, but it's active attraction to all genders rather than being gender-blind (gender-blind means not distinguishing between genders).
i was gonna make a pride month blog, but you beat me to it! no worries, i dont even know what it would be about and, frankly, yours is wayyy better than what i would make

Thanks! I'm VERY glad to hear you say that! (Especially given that all of these homophobes and transphobes seemed to have crawled out of the woodwork to dislike my blog...)

This is too complicated. I wish humanity stuck with two genders. No offense.

I mean, it's kinda like Pokémon in a way. Yes, it can be VERY complicated if you get really into it and stuff, but at the same time, that isn't really necessary to treat 2SLGBTQIA+ people with respect, or to have a basic understanding of them. (Being a VERY hardcore Pokémon player myself, I can personally appreciate the complexity, though.)
I was pretty impressed with it when I first saw it back in 2022--the year after it had originally been submitted by Tora-Kokoro--and since @UwUQueen had showed me that cool wiki website, I figured that I could repost Tora's (no longer visible since she left Paint) blog, get it featured (it never got featured when she first submitted it back in 2021), and improve upon it by adding those wiki links, all at the same time. (And the end result was a pretty cool and educational blog!)
Forgive me for not knowing, but is this just a rehash of Tora's blog?

For the most part, although I did add those links to that LGBTQIA+ wiki website that Tulips had told me about to it.
(Which I thought made the blog even better, as it allows the reader to learn even more about the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.)
Also, it's worth pointing out here that Tora's original blog never actually got featured. It was actually rejected when she had submitted it back in 2021, and although IDK for certain why, I believe that it was simply because it wasn't completely finished when she had first submitted it to be featured.
(Notice how the title has the word “Completed” in parentheses at the end?)
