A lot of people nowadays suffer from Insomnia,therefore i will show you some tips to defeat it.
Tip 1#
Before sleeping drink something hot like a hot cup of tea or milk. Hot drinks before sleeping calm you and your stomach
Tip 2#
Be sure to exercise or just go for a walk ( NOT BEFORE SLEEPING!) so you can sleep more easily!
Tip 3#
Dont exercise before sleeping because that will make your brain more active!
Tip 4#
I havent tried it yet but i think it works, try to hear calm/relaxing music before sleeping of course
P.S There are some occasions that the person who has insomnia needs a doctor's advice

well you could always get tea bags instead...no caffeine

the problem with drinking tea before bed is that tea has caffiene in it, so tea would just keep you awake
