from small fearless children that smile pure smiles

I am from shaking fingers and salty tears

from cold heartless hugs, and warm hopefull kisses

I am from a ripped card and an old picture

I am from the anger in her voice and the force behind her actions

i am from where i want to be.
i am from where im going.
i am from what i dream.
i am from what i see.
