I may have found a very useful piece of information when it comes to watching videos on the DSi, but I can't seem to get it right, and I would like to know if anyone else can..
Everyone knows that flash player is not supported- but now some videos are being run in different scripts- it's called html5. And if this works, we should all thank the big guy to the right for blessing us with it.
What you can do is:
Go to www.youtube.com/testtube, activate html5, and search for videos with webm(under search options), and any videos without ads are supposed to run. Unfortunately, any videos I've tried to watch haven't worked.
Another youtube tool that may help- Feather. It will only display certain things, thus reducing the amount of memory a page uses up.
Please try this on your own, research how to make it work, and let me know! A lot of people online have said it works, but I can't seem to get it to.
there is an animated gif creator what allows you to view it on your dsi. forgot what it is called but dsitube uses that. they can make the pictures exactly fit the screen but nooooo they make it just a small pic o
n the screen :/
Top- that was just a game preview, you can actually take your dsi there and download videos and game demos, but that is a valid point- you should be able to watch videos..
Nintendo had said that the DSi is`nt video-compatible, but when I went to GameStop, there was a DSi playing video in cooking trainer, with SOUND...I`m kinda confused...
King- I know. That was the joke of it. It just kinda stuck after 7th grade..lol
And Kirby- Uh-oh..I have updated mine...Does that matter? And is there any other way to get one?
