Hi it's me! I'm here to show you another recipe, and I do again give credit to Eat This Not That!
You'll need:
2 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
4 halibut fillets with the skin removed
1/2 tbsp if olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 white eggs ( if you're allergic you don't have to put them in. )
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ( if it's too spicy for you you can leave it out )
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Lemon slices
Vinegar
How to prepare it
1) toss the sweet potatoes in with the oil, half the salt and pepper and the paprika. Put on a baking tray and toss them in the oven at 425* F. Take them out after 15 minutes.
2) whisk the egg whites, Dijon, ceyenne and the remaining salt and pepper. In a new bowl, combine the bread crumbs and the thyme. Dip the fish fillets in the egg whites and then lightly roll In the crumbs.
3) after 15 minutes when the fries are done, take them out and add the fish and let cook fir another 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
