Who does he think he is!? This Capo has the right to beat on old people?! But the guy stay crying. The Capo orders 2 prisoners to take the guy to immediate extermination at the Crematory. He was never... Seen again. Who is this god damned Capo? Was he even human?! Was he actually giving orders to kill someone!? That night ; Our soup tasted horrible.
When we woke up ; it wasn't no ordinary day. Sirens were going off. We were... We were getting bombed! Instead of a normal "Terror", we felt "Freedom". We just might have a chance to escape. Or for that matter, free soup! I ran with all my might to the Kitchen Block. There lay lines of 20. All facing the cauldron. No one dare made a move. It was silent ; like a dog looking at his treat. Then 1... One! Movement... ...No... The door, it opened, very very slowly... Very in a very slow manner. We saw the man crawl to the soup... Very slowly, so slow, it took 5 minutes... He rose his head to the pot, and climbed with all of his strength.
"What are you doing cheap son of a bitch!? That's our soup!", one guy said... But the man, no haste. He kept on going, and tipped the pot... I said "Heck no!" and we all went to the pot, then all of a sudden, a bomb go off. We all fell to the floor. Panic was assured, and we were ordered to the Gallows. But why? At the gallows, we saw the man! The man on the wooden gallows! The one trying to steal our soup!
A German SS Hanger broke the silence, "It seems a person was trying to steal something, and to. . . . . . the law. . . . . .must be hanged." We were all staring at the man he looked like he knew this was happening.
Another German SS Hanger said, "BARE YOUR HEAD"... The guy bared his head. The soldier tried putting a cloth over the eyes. But the guy said "No, I want everyone to see this". The guy refused, and the German went along with, and lowered the rope. 1... 2... 3... Boom. He was dead. Right on the scene.
That night. The soup was delicious. Justice served.
Chapter 4
--Blasted Sabotage--
We were all called to the gallows the morning. What could have gone on this time? This time, 3 prisoners. One of them were a kid. I was tired.
Again... Goes the German Hanger...
"Attempted Sabotage. . . . . . was unlawful . . . . . . According to. . . . . . Now, as we commence, Pray to Himmler. . ."
All 3 of them were hanged. But?! What's this?! There was light shunned on the kid. He was still alive. Apparently, the Kid was light, so he still lived on. But. It was still all sorrow. I could not STAND to see this go on.
