Ledgend of zelda 3d being sold to early-June 15, 2011

It was any other day, i walked in to target. I was planning to get a pre-order card for Zelda 3D. For those of you who dont know target sells one dollar pre-order cards, for big title upcoming games. I chose target cus its the cheapest. So anyway i go straight to the electroncs section, i notice that the ledgend of zelda game is on display as being sold. i notice theres only one there. I get really excited.

"This game isnt suppoused to be out till the 19th" i thought to my self.

i go find the video game cashier dude. hes a really dorky looking teenager who seemd like he didnt give much about his job...or video games. i handed the game to him he tried to scan it. the screen said error, he tried again and again..

''its $43.00" i said impatently.

''oh ok'' he said

i wonder if i said it was fifteen dollars he wolda belived me cus he obviously belived the fact it was $43.00 from a 14 year old.i handed him cash he handed me the game... then the manager saw us , he charged at me trying to grab the not released game from my hand.

''you cant have that'' he said

''its my property now '' i replied

''i have to give you a refund'' he said

'' your not going to, legally this is now mine, legally if a product is on a shelf being advertised as released although its not and a costumer sees it and trys to buy it he cant get service refused, and dont worry, ill just call nintendo and report this target as breaking the rules so it unde control''

the guy was very supriesed at my words.

as i walked away with zelda3d in my hand , they ran over to the shelf and removed the games... but that doesnt mean i didnt take pictures ;]
