In the dense forests of Wolfland, a large area of land known and occupied by mainly wolves, in a time when, no matter how bad things got, you stuck by your pack and fought to protect your alpha, a pup was born.

Alex was a grey pup with a slight red tint to her back and stomach. She was born to a low pack ranking and strangly born on the same day as the future alpha female of the pack, Maddie.

Now, Maddie was a picture perfect wolf with pure white, very soft fur that never got dirty or messed up. In fact the only thing that didn't quite fit with Maddie's apperance was the very slight red tint to her eyes that wouldn't have been noticable if it hadn't been for her very pale coat.

Alex, being the cheeky, playful type of pup, often teased Maddie as a joke calling her an albino and such. Alex also enjoyed stealing Maddie's prey as Alex was well known as the pack's fastest pup. All this lead to Maddie having a supreme hatred for Alex.

By the time Maddie became alpha female (after 'disposing' of the previous one earlier than would've been natural), she held such a large grudge against Alex that she was trying to think of ways to dispose of Alex, who was now a full grown wolf, dark grey with a more obvious red tint to her back and stomach.

Then, one day it happened, while bored, Alex decided to relive one of her favorite activities from when she was a pup, stealing Maddie's prey. However, that was the day Maddie had decided to really show off to future alpha male, Tag, a very well built, tall wolf with midnight black fur and golden eyes that stood out like giant stars on his face.

But reliving this memory would prove to be a big mistake very soon.
