For those who don't know Terry Fox lived a short life he fought cancer and raised millions of $$$ for cancer reaserch.

When he was diagnosed with bone cancer there was no cure(there still isnt) he dicided to run. He dipped his foot in to the cold Atlantic ocean and he started his run. He only stopped for sleep, water and food. oh did I tell you his leg got ampuated so he ran on one anstetic leg, so basically he was hopping. In Ontario docters told him that he couldnt go any farther. But he did near Thunder Bay Terry had died.

Running for cancer all he wanted was every person in Canada was too donate 1$, he raised millions of $ money instead. Eariler this year his mom had passed away. Every yer canadians and may other countries run once every year for the Marathon of Hope!
