Gathering a team - Flash game

Hey guys.
As you can see by the title, I want to gather a group of you SDKers, who are professional in the Game Design sections.

I want to create a Flash game with you, a flash game that is small enough to play to the end, but long enough to be a good production.

Who will I need?

Music Composer
Graphics Designer (possibly 2)
Coder (possibly 2)
And the rest of you to come up with Ideas for a flash game.

Think of something you have wanted to play.... But have never seen in a flash game, I wanna make it happen.

Im a good music composer, I have created my own music program called UNCEMachine so in that case I would like to apply.
