Do Mormons only wear white shirts and black slacks and ride bikes everywhere?

Again, I am being taken out of context. Lust was one of the items on the list of sins. Aside from asexual people, who can actually make it a single day without some kind of sexual thought about someone we see, especially with over-sexualization by the media? It's a struggle for everyone.
Is South Park's episode on Mormonism accurate?
In your own opinion, what do you think about that show "Sister Wives" on TLC?

I've never heard of a mormon before, is it an american thing?
It's a religion that's in all parts of the world.
And I'm not gay, so I haven't been told how a person ends up gay... That, and I'm bad at wording things. I get the idea in my brain, but I can't say it in words.
Homosexuality isn't a choice. It comes as naturally to a homosexual as it does to a heterosexual.
Then being heterosexual comes naturally to Mormons.
But mormonism is a choice, while sexual preference isn't. Regardless of religion, you will always have the same preference you would have done. What if you were gay, but wanted to be a mormon?
How you act on sexual urges is your own choice. This is an across-the-board truth, not just homosexual. I am not familiar enough with The Book of Mormon on this, but the Holy Bible lumps sodomy into the same category as fornication, adultery, and lust: sin. Regardless of what you believe about choice of sexuality (which I am not qualified to answer since I'm not a doctor), there is no denying that we are responsible for any choices we make in life, whether good or bad.
EpicArtifex has the right idea...not Hullbreach though. You don't choose to be homosexual. If you could just simply pick, I'd be heterosexual just like the rest of my friends. I'm not religious at all so comments saying it's a sin I'm going to ignore.

And they are to you. But isn't everything you're not used to strange?
I'm not used to beer, and I see drinking as strange. Yet to others it's totally normal.
True, but i mean, the mormons i know, give a bad image about the religion, i don't think preaching all day on a single house is going to help.

What about Mormons and kids? They tend to have 7+ kids, in my city.

...And the mormon religion is also center around . A mormon's goals are supposed to be to become "a god". To be pure until death and rule your own world. And that your wife is to have ALL the children of that world...

Man, if I were Morman... I wouuld fail all the Morman tests.
Nah bro, with a few exceptions, most of these don't seem like anything I do.
Someone told me 95% of Mormans live in Utah. I thought he was giving me legit facts.
Is there anyway to actually AVOID rape?
Like, I'm pretty sure there isn't a for sure way. Nobody chooses to be raped.
You forgot we cant say Gods name in Vein.
Mormons need to sort their priorities straight.
Mormons are still weird, i don't know a single mormon, i just know religions like that and Jehovah witness are strange.
How can you say " We just aren't gay."
It's not a lifestyle choice. What if you happened to be gay, but still wanted to be a mormon?
Also, what happens when one of you turns our to be gay? I'm curious, because I'm pretty sure there have been gay Mormons. Do you do a, "shun and exile" thing? Or is it a little less dramatic?
Is it true that Mormons still don't know how magnets work?
I have some questions about Mormonism. I know some of the answers, but, like the blog I had a few weeks ago, I like opening up dialog for all members to be educated. Here we go:
1. Do all/some Mormons perform communion with water and potato wafers, due to traditions stemming from what was available in the late 1800s?
2. Do Mormons believe that Jesus traveled to North America to teach during His life on Earth?
3. What all does the Book of Mormon add to the teachings of the Holy Bible?
4. Why is there still the stereotype of polygamy in Mormonism when only a single offshoot of the denomination practices it?
5. Every Mormon I've ever met is super-nice. Is that a requirement, or can you be just semi-nice, too? <img src="/chatrooms/smilies/alien16.gif" alt="">
My comments keep getting deleted, that's fine, you can't take it.
