Broken glass everywhere. Mirrors. Fire. There was a girl standing in front of the flames. I didn't know who she was, but she seemed familiar. Long, flowing, shiny black hair. Stunning grey eyes with long eyelashes. A scar under her left eye. Full red lips. Pale skin. An hourglass figure. A black dress that stopped below her knees in the front, and flowed past her feet in the back.
"Do I know you?" I asked her. She didn't answer. She slowly walked toward me, her hands suspiciously behind her back, and a sinister look in her glaring eyes. A slight smile pulling at the corners of her mouth. I knew there was something she wanted from me, but I didn't know what. I then saw a a flash of light by her side. She was pulling out a dagger; it was blood stained. I backed into a wall. I was trapped. Is this the end? I thought. I felt in my pockets for something to defend myself with. A dagger? How did that get there? I shrugged and pulled it out. She didn't wait for me to attack first. She swung her dagger at me, and I dodged it. It barely cut my arm. As I swung behind her, she viciously swung her dagger at me constantly. She got me every time, but I was dodging quick enough to not get cut too deep. With one blind swing, I got her in the leg and let go of the dagger. She fell to her knees, and then to her side, eyes still open.
"I did it..." I whispered. I felt pains all over my body. I looked at my arms and legs, and there were cuts all over. I got light headed. And then, in a split second, I heard a cry and saw a flash of a blade, and everything went black.
I woke up, and I was lying in a bed. The room was dark and dead silent. How did I get here? I wondered. I realized I was back in my bedroom. It must have all been a dream. Yet, I still felt burns all over my body. I looked at my arm, and there they were.
The scars from the girl.
