Let's begin. Who is Ghirahim besides a creepy diva? According to this theory Ghirahim took so much damage during the final battle and was reduced to a rather pathetic blade. On Majora's Mask when you upgrade you sword it begins to show its former colors. Also on the hilt there is more diamonds. Another question is how Ghirahim gets into the forest. Well the last battle was at sealed grounds. Ghirahim couldn't have gotten far then someone took him and put him in the chest which you find him on Ocarina of Time. That's the theory. It sounds pretty legit to me.
