No breeds are more aggresive. The onws that may seem aggresive are smaller ones. Their aggression relies on personality only. Smaller dogs are more vunerable so they can ever attack, or flee when scared or threatened. A dogs behavour has NOTHING to do wth its breed, but size can have a small impact.
Also the main reason they do attack is due to how their owners treat them, since if you look at wolves for an example, no healthy wolf has ever bitten or killed a human. The fact is, their aggression is our fault.
How is that pathetic? Did you even read my whole post or did you just read the first sentence? I said more strong and aggressive then SOME breeds of dog, and with that they need more responsible owners. And I pointed out how saying "They're harmless and non-aggressive" is wrong. Because they're dogs and they are quite capable of being aggressive and harmful and we shouldn't underestimate that.
I want them to be in good hands and have responsible owners that can handle them. So they don't injure another animal or person and end up getting shot. You need to acknowledge the fact that they have killed other animals and humans before. And this goes for other dangerous breeds too. (but, this blog is about pitbulls) don't want to see pitbulls being shot because their owner couldn't control them. I may think they are more aggressive then some other breeds but that doesn't mean I don't respect or care about them. So, tell me, whats so pathetic about that?
I still think that pitbulls are more stronger and aggressive then some breeds of dog. Its annoying then when pitbull-lovers tell me to stop hating on and blaming pitbulls and then go on about how harmless and non-aggressive pitbulls are, and how its all the owners fault. Excuse me? I never said I hated or blamed pitbulls. In fact, I do like and respect pitbulls, they are a beautiful breed of dog, and I do think that the owners are partly to blame for their behavior. That doesn't mean though, that I think they are totally harmless and not aggressive, because I know thats not true. They're dogs, aggression isn't an unnatural thing.
But anyway, if you love pitbulls and you want to buy one, just think twice. liking the breed, while it is a good thing, isn't enough to be a good owner. You also have to be responsible and dedicated. I'm not saying don't buy pitbulls, I'm just sick of seeing irresponsible owners who have gone out and bought a pitbull because they're strong and "cool" and later on have trouble with them. A few people I know have bought a pitbull and a couple months later given it up because it was too much. Dogs are companions not accessories. And that can go for any breed, really.
okay, i'm done my little rant.
Fun fact: I wrote all of this then realized I was logged out so I had to write it all over again XD
So, write three paragraphs, then plagarize the rest? Lulno.
