This language has been about a year in the making; I figured I could keep an online account of it. I've changed it immensely over time, and it is finally nearing fruition.
I will start off with the sounds used in the Arduric language. Here is the Arduric alphabet:

The consonants represented are:
Tp, T, K, S, Ts
F, Th, Kh, Sh, Tsh

Tp- Like pronouncing English 'p', except using your tongue and upper lip instead of both lips.
T- 'T' as in 'tap' and 'pat'.
K- The sound of 'c' in 'cat' and 'ck' in 'black'.
S- 'S' as in 'sad' and in 'grass'.
Ts- Like pronouncing 's', but with the tongue touching behind the upper teeth. Also like the 'ts' in 'bats'.
F- 'F' as in 'fight' and in 'staff'.
Th- 'Th' as in 'thorn' and in 'bath'.
Kh- Position your mouth to pronounce the 'k' sound, then force out a hissing stream of air.
Sh- 'Sh' as in 'show' and in 'wash'.
Tsh- 'Ch' as in 'church' and in 'batch'.
R- 'R' as in 'row' and in 'bar'.
L- 'L' as in 'low' and in 'ball'.
N- 'N' as in 'no' and in 'dawn'.
Y- 'Y' as in 'yes'.
H- 'H' as in 'hat'.
Most of the consonants are unvoiced, as is the proper way of speaking Arduric, though different groups of people have different dialects. Dialects vary in pattern of voicing and unvoicing. In proper, unvoiced Arduric, the voiced consonants are used in some rare occasions.
The vowels in Arduric are limited to:
é, á, e,
i, ü, ë,
ú, ó, ä, and í.
é- 'e' as in 'steel'.
á- 'a' as in 'plate'.
e- 'e' as in 'egg'.
i- 'i' as in 'big'.
ü- 'u' as in 'hull'.
ë- 'e' as in 'master'.
ú- 'u' as in 'tune'.
ó- 'o' as in 'phone'.
ä- 'a' as in 'father'.
í- 'i' as in 'bite'.
Nouns
If derived from a verb, begin with prefix thá-.
If derived from an adjective, begin with prefix ná-(consonant) or án-(vowel).
Definite article(the): add prefix ä- or replace original vowel with ä-. If original vowel is already ä, change to hä-.
Plurals
If ending in tp, t, or k: add suffix -än.
If ending in f or th: add suffix -én.
If ending in s, sh, or kh: add suffix -ün.
If ending in ts or tsh: add suffix -er.
If ending in r or l: add suffix -il.
If ending in n: add suffix -ye.
Possession
Belonging to: add prefix ín-.
Belonging to(the): add prefix än-.
Verbs
If derived from a noun: add suffix (consonant)-áth or (vowel)-náth.
Infinitive: begin with prefix ë-(consonant) or ën-(vowel).
Perfect Infinitive: begin with prefix ënyar-.
Present: begin with prefix é-(consonant) or én-(vowel).
Present Progressive: begin with prefix ne-(consonant) or nen-(vowel).
Present Perfect- begin with prefix ényar-.
Present Progressive Perfect: begin with prefix nenyar-.
Past: begin with prefix á-(consonant) or án-(vowel).
Past Progressive: begin with prefix nä-(consonant) or nän-(vowel).
Past Perfect: begin with prefix ányar-.
Past Perfect Progressive: begin with prefix nänyar-.
Future: begin with prefix ú-(consonant) or ún-(vowel).
Future Progressive: begin with prefix nü-(consonant) or nün-(vowel).
Future Perfect: begin with prefix únyar-.
Future Perfect Progressive: begin with prefix nünyar-.
Negation: begin with prefix ó-(consonant) or ón-(vowel).
Adjectives
If derived from a noun: add suffix (consonant)-in or (vowel)-nin.
To denote more of a characteristic than another: add suffix (consonant)-äf or (vowel)-fä.
To denote the most of a characteristic out of any others: add suffix (consonant)-it or (vowel)-nit.
Negation: begin with prefix ó-(consonant) or ón-(vowel).
Adverbs
If derived from adjective: add suffix (consonant)-óth or (vowel)-thó.
That's a lot of the grammar rules; I just need to build vocabulary.
