Not to be confused with Modern Geeks or Greeks, the Ancient Geeks are a civilisation that lived a long time ago. The civilisation lived in Greece with the Greeks. But technically, the Geeks aren't Greek. Confused?
The Geeks' attire was dominated by theatre (or rather the Greek equivalent) and generally preferred to watch plays such as "Sky Trek" and "Sky Wars" of which contemporary Science Fiction is based around. In fact, evidence has been found.to suggest that Captain Kirk was actually based upon "Commander Dirk" who played a significant role in Geek fashion and culture.
The Geeks rarely competed in Ancient Olympic sport and only did so when obliged. They instead had their own sporting events which needed 'real' skill - sure they did. This includes the Perseus and the Gorgon board game. Nobody knows the actual rules but it somehow classes as 'sport'.
Most games are actually based on Greek Mythology which should be the first major copyright breach considering that they aren't technically Greek. Damn Geeks, why did you steal ideas that don't belong to you?
The Ancient Geeks did show prominence in intellectual areas of discipline such as philosophy (this means "love of wisdom" so I'm guessing this was pioneered by the Geeks) and geometry which translates to: "To measure the Earth". Another thing created by The Ancient Geeks.
Famous Geeks:
Pythagoras - He loves geometry and created a formula. Duh.
Plato - probably created foundations of philosophy which is debatable. It doesn't really matter because he's famous and a Geek.
Aristotle - See Plato
Archimedes - Duh, he discovered the formula for the volume of a sphere (or volume enclosed by the surface for pedantic pests) and discovered laws of leverage.
Commander Dirk - Everyone who reads this will know of him and thus he will become famous.
