Honestly, I completely forgot about the birthday on homepage feature while I was setting this account up. I never meant to get all of those birthday wishes (some of which were actually directed at me), I just thought it'd be a fun "Easter egg" of sorts.

But, what does my name mean and why that date?


The meaning of the adjective "spellbound" is to be held in complete attention, or fascination. That's likely what the song, Spellbound, was going for.

On the 12th of September, 2015, popular royalty-free music producer Kevin MacLeod released the song titled "Spellbound", which you can listen to here.

At the time, it was one of my favorite songs, despite Kevin MacLeod making the kind of YouTuber background/outro songs (if you browse YouTube a lot, you have almost definitely heard a song or two by him).

He's pictured in the above Savii, and he was my favorite music artist, for a time.

When settling on a name for this account in 2018 (originally to be anonymous, but I decided against that very soon after, as it would be deceiving), I chose it not only because it was a song I really like, but well, it sounded really cool to me. I also wanted to be cryptic somehow, and I'd drop random hints on my main account that I'm Spellbound.

This is more or less of an external biography of sorts, I'm not really expecting a feature (it doesn't even surpass 2000 characters). Anyways, I hope this gives you all a better understanding of why I chose what I did for this account, and thank you or reading.
