Maybe you could hold CSS competitions? Like, ask people to make a profile with a flowers theme within a certain amount of time, and see how they do.
Though, it might be difficult to get people who want to participate.

it's hard to make one that works on 3ds/dsi families, so sites like this one and home4dsi use pre-generated "puzzles" (home4dsi uses distorted text images, this site just asks a gaming-related question)
