wow it took me 30 minutes to make my login/register WITH MySQL. And I doubt that. You need mysql to insert, select, update, and delete the user information. So good luck.

There is absolutely no way you can make a login/register with just html, xhtml, or wml. Those are all markup languages. Try learning Browser Scripting. You learn PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and alot more.
