You probably hate replies like this, but it would honestly be a lot faster if you just learned SQL and PHP. But you should start off by making a database (derp). You can make the database by clicking on MySQL and creating it, then actually doing stuff with it in PhpMyAdmin, or at least I think that's what its called.
