I suggest you start a PHP session(php $_SESSION START or something similar), call the time ($time = print time(D d,M,y, h,m,s)) and set the If $time...
forget this. try asking someone else, coz thats all my crappy php.

Why use PHP for everything? Why not use javascript and install it in PHP.
