found a way to paint on are 3DS. We don't know when it will come out. But here's a 3DS
test.
you must be on the 3DS to try this.

If you're able to save on a test, it may as well not be a test and just the application itself.

Jack- It does, just not in the same way it would on the 3ds, it's more like the image comments on profiles.

@Jack10 You have to hold the stylus down so that the hand disappears; then the canvas is usable. To view the color palette, switch your browser mode from "Column" to "Overview".
