I really want to become an admin fir DSiPaint. I dont want to just sit here. I want to do somthing for the better of DSiPaint. I want to help out.

Earn it, and this tells you sorta on how to get each one and how hard it is to earn it.

Yeah...sorry to burst your bubble, but, ah, this thread pretty much ruins your chances. If you ask to be an admin, there is a 95% chance you'll never become one.

Needs a lock but I'll explain what you can do mean while, if you see someone break the rules then screen shot it and send it to an admin... BUT please don't be stuck up about it and act like a mod yourself.
