If your going to post here give your opinion and back it up with reasoning or your thoughts on why it's a great game or not of that sort.
I never played Ocarina of Time though.
Don't argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
It pretty much deserves all of the glory it gets, in my opinion. It seamlessly transitioned all of the elements from the 2D Zelda games into 3D, and made the gameplay actually work (meaning it was playable, and greatly so).
It also featured great music, and good use of the titular Ocarina.
Lastly, despite the voiceless main character, it told a great story of an innocent child thrust into manhood by necessity.
It's my job to help the next generation, and set a good example for them. And for that I'll gladly lay down my life.
But is that a reason to treat the game like it's a god? People worship this game like it is their life! What about the adenture cycle? It was just reused, but in 3D.
OoT Is far from Overated. It's one of the BEST Zelda games ever made in the history of the series. It's like the first 3D game ever made since the 2D ones. As in 3D i mean the 3D graphics not the actual 3D.
Giving up doesn't always mean your weak. Sometimes it means your just strong enough to let go.
