Do you think that more admins would be for the better, or for the worse?

It's ok, my post was only contradicting what the other 3 past comments where saying. Since 2 are gone I don't have too now. Lol

Admins aren't slacking, nor going for the worse. They just have different times they go on a site. For example, some admins live in Australia, and some live in U.S. The time difference is really great, so, when the admins are offline, other admins are online, Sometimes there are none! Some have their own life to take care of, not just a site.

Today, I am become Death, destroyer of the worlds.

It depends the number of admins for each category. If a category has too many admins, it would be for the worse. But if users are promoted to the categories and maintain balance of admins, there shouldn't be a problem.

Well depends, if all admins are always doing there job then no. But if some are slacking then promote people to replace them.

The admins are going to get competitive and it has a major impact on the users of DSiPaint! Besides, no one wants a mean, stuck up admin going on a banning, locking, or deleting spree just to show off to other admins.

More admins are alright but I mean yoou gotta choice the right ones.

I agree that the number of admins is alright, but the number of duties being frequented is not. But my little bit is this: One's number of jobs should directly reflect activity. An admin with 2 jobs should be working twice as hard as an admin with 1, an admin with 8 jobs should be working 8 times as hard. If that can't be done, less duties. Sounds harsh, yes, but things simply aren't getting done around the site in general.

Hm, don't most ChatMins go to Ninja?
Admittedly, I do often see them go into the same room, but then again, everyone does that as, who doesn't want to congregate with people they know. o3o They could do I do agree that some should come on at other times as well, if possible.

I believe Ninja isn't working at the moment, as claims from some of the Chatmins. That and I saw a HD post from one of the Chatmins reporting the problems with Ninja.
But really it doesn't concern me when the Chatmins all gather in one room to talk with eachother. Hey, and for all we know, they may be on a computer and have multiple tabs open and watching from Ninja but chatting at the same time.

I don't know if I just misunderstood you, but if you're saying that Admins need to be merciful and not ban a user who is f-bombing then I highly disagree.

With all the recent blogs from admins saying they're off for a while, there is no denying:

We need a newly crew that can patrol the same chatrooms at the times no moderators are on.

The rulebreaking is going countless again, and without our veteran admins who are now completely out of sight, this should have been done already.

I, in a way, couldn't agree more. As recently it seems from most chat moderators leaving/taking breaks, and/or not on at certain times that many rule-breakeras have been getting away with obviously breaking rules and that it takes someone to bring it up to notice of a moderator somehow that someone is doing something somewhere.

The blog section isn't slacking at all. I'm sure that list for blog moderators are even at the moment. The issues you mention just seem to depend on your own opinion. Because I never witnessed your 1st and 3rd example.

haha well umm....lets think.A little bit of both it depends on the admin if we have too many admins that can't be good. If hull thinks someone might be good enough to be a admin thats ok but maybe he should make this quiz called becoming a admin quize!
