I like this idea. You could upload a picture from your 3DS OR by a URL image. That'd be nice.

There should also be a feature on it, where you can search through them, like when you save the templates, or themes, whatever you like to call it.. You give it a name, and a description, Then say like..you named it Mario Theme.. you give the name of it... (mario theme), then they go and search it, look down the list (if there is more then 1) and looks for... By (name) .. click on it, and it displays a preview... if its what you want, you click Accept, then its done... If hullbreach adds this feature... then their will be less accounts ''stolen'' because they've given someone their password, so that person could style his profile.

Maybe just make a seperate textbox for CSS coding (on My Settings under bio it would say custom CSS) that you could grant other users permission to change from a special section on the site. :)
Or, let users "gift" each other themes, which are attached to a message. You could have a "My Themes" section in the site so you can make the themes, also with a theme marketplace. (buy themes with Savii Points/Bucks which are given to the theme's creator on sale)

A lot of people want me to do their profile. (Have you looked at mine?) So I do their profiles on blogs and have them look at it. If they like it, I'll give them the code but if they want me to change some thing, then I'll change it. But if there is some thing wrong with their profile that I can't just tell them what's the matter they some times give me their user names and passwords which is very in-secure. What if they asked some hacker to do so? Their accounts would of been hijacked. But I'm not that kinda person. I never read any of their messages and once I'm done I get off.

Sharing style themes. Certainly a novel idea for obviously offering/accepting codes in a streamlined, automated fashion and also diminishing account fraud.

I however remain hesitant for a few reasons:
1) It does discourage creativity a bit, and that's what this Paint collection of websites is all about. I do realise it can be argued that it can spark ideas, and sharing does go hand-in-hand with creativity.
2) Because this is a market-type thing, I fear it becoming linked to, yes, Savii points. My opinion is that two-way transfer of Savii currencies should be as centralised as possible in order to deter spam and fraud.
3) Seems almost like a Hub-Plaza kind of app.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea--but perhaps not so much the prospective means.

That's a good idea, because lots of people don't know how to do their page,but Lost was right wayy too much similarities.I think that maybe After it gets submitted People should be able to change the color, or maybe if there are animals or some other detail they can change it.
