Minecraft 1.8 is going to a HUGE update. Do you know what it is going to have? It's going to add an EXP and leveling system, NPCs,and most liklly new items or even new creatures! Can't wait for it. The only problem will be how servers will react to it. Updating server plugins will most likly take a awhile.
That's all I know about Minecraft 1.8, tell me what you know!

I've never actually seen heard of this update, sound cool though, except for the exp system. i liked it when as soon as you get an iron sword you,re ready to kick but

The harder the fight, the better the prize...well, hopefully.

I'm not sure what the EXP system entails, but I'm sure that notch will be smart about it and make it work!

It's suppost so to come out with the "Adventure Update" and with New Blocks, And it's not coming soon. It's coming in November, And Curtis, Who ever told you talk, Isn't telling the truth. Notch announced a long time ago it's going over 2.5

I hope ruins will contain the following:

* Mystic weapons
* Tome that give you magic.
* Natural Nether portals.
* Books containing lore.
* Bosses
* Areas capable of collapsing.
* Rooms containing chests full of rare stuff.
* Hidden rooms
* Mazes
* Redstone puzzles.

Look closely, and you can see two tall, slender figures, and the one on the left seems to be holding a sand block.

Well, back when the Jockeys were made, Notch mentioned a dragon mob. And there is the unused Giant mob.
