How do I make a ban system

Merry easter, You're being a nightmare on the forums. Stop it, becasue we're all still learning. I bet you can't even write a basic status system FROM SCRATCH. just insert a users in a ban table then just have a function to call to see if that users is in the ban table if so then make a die to say you have been banned.
