One question directed to KoD and Emford01 before I start. Did you ever play minecraft before?
First of all, if you haven't, then just so you realize, the thread you made was pointless. If you did play minecraft, you'd know that its not just a game that can be discussed in one thread. There need to be atleast 2-3 threads. You see, minecraft can be edited. Thus you'd need mods to make the game better.
What I'm suggesting her is to make 2-3 threads, I'll explain why.
1st Thread: Survival mode.
This was the 2nd minecraft mode (first was classic). This is the main reason buy this game. Also, notice that the game is still inn Beta(still not released) and yet 3 million people bought the game. Ther Adventure Mode is coming put in September hopefully. In this thread people talk about what happens in their daily life in Minecraftia, tips and hints for it. They could also talk about the seeds they use for their worlds (if you know Minecraft you know what seeds are).
2nd Thread: The Mods
Well, I'm suggesting this because since the admin who stickied the MC thread didn't know what the Aether was and thought it was off-topic.
In this thread people can talk about what mods they use, what great mods are coming out and what good mods people are missing.
3rd Thread: Servers
Minecraft isn't only single player, of course. multiplayer is a must. So in this thread people talk about what servers they like to hang out in, what good servers are out ther, or just talk about servers!
Please don't lock this, as I took a long while typing all that. I'm teinh to show you non-Minecrafters that minecraft is NOT just a game. It's THE game. And you just lost it.

You see tons for Call of Duty and etc., yet you DON'T call it spam.

By the way, Blame the gamer, not the game. The people who spammed the MC threads were almost all the same people.
