CSS is not exactly html, but it can be, using the <style type="text/css">CSS CODES HERE</style> tags

The <style> element is HTML, but the content of it is another programming language.

CSS IS EASY! Easier than HTML.

I know, but most wap site hosting, don't have stuff for complete css only, so thats why they need <style> tags,@passerbyguy
