From what I can see, it's DSi formatted. Mention of registration was neglected, so it isn't as straightforward as you make it sound. If you've submitted the link to apply for affiliation with SDK, it would be denied because content is not visible without registration.

So the link already was accepted. Which makes no sense to me because I can't see anything besides the homepage without a registration page coming up.
