The gameing section is exactly for that, gameing. So Minecraft doesn't really need it's own forum as it fits into the gameing forum already. But I do believe that Minecraft can be discussed on those three threads that you have already. The three were specifically made to stop the spam of minecraft threads in which it's working.
Maybe you'll get a Minecraft forum though, who knows. But me personally, I see no need for it.
Something like this could be a "request" or "new feature" on the helpdesk too, but I understand you get more feedback here.

I get where you're comming from, such a vast game shouldn't be resorted to three threads on the forum. It's like cutting a game like WoW into three threads and aspect every single possible idea to be discussed on those threads which would be a lil' stupid to say the least, BUT it doesn't need it's own forum just because of that. How about opening a thread if you want that doesn't fall under the three sticky, or simply because those three threads are too "vague" in a way then I'll keep them open if needed.
Divine, exactly. They had 3 diffrerent stickies in the Gaming forum which was building up like a yellow tower. Each Minecraft thread only had 20 posts each so I unstickied it. At least if Hull makes a Minecraft Forum, I wouldn't interfere.
Still, you need to get his point, the restrictions they get for the game is a bit stupid, whoever it was literally locked every MC thread an aspected it to fall under three threads. So I'm just saying forget about the stickies and make new ones if you feel that you can't expan as much
