HullBreach should give the TMJ producers so type of reward (ex: Adminship, Custom Avatar, Free Web Hosting Plan for 3 months) To speed up the process of TMJ. Make 'em work. :*

It wouldn't be volunteering if incentives were added. (Adminship is obviously out of the question.)
