We do have the Savii Requests thread for offering parts ideas, though it admittedly doesn't get much attention. Saviis regrettably haven't really been updated since late last year, so until they get revived, there's little reason to submit ideas and not much that will happen. The idea isn't bad; it's just that there's no effort at the present time. Perhaps it could work out when Saviis get back on the front burner.
