It took me around 900 points just to get 2 bucks that is 450 points for each buck. It ain't easy to get the bucks in the slots, also realize that today/yesterday was the release, so of coure you'll see plenty of those messages now because everyone is trying it out. Give it about a week and you'll see less of those messages.
Don't argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
Btw, if you think you're getting even close to 500 bucks with 2,000 points then you're really going to be kidding yourself. The chance of getting a savii buck is near from what I have infered from the other users by how many points they used and bucks they got. It's around a 1-300 chance.

I think there needs to be more chances. Like 15 points, 25 points, 40 points, 75 points, 100 points, 1 buck, 3 bucks, 5 bucks, and maybe like an ULTRA SUPER DUPER jackpot of like 50 bucks or something.
Row row row your boat gently down the stream. Push the n00bs out of the boat and watch them as they scream.
@Zoey Perhaps the jackpot could be a daily jackpot with a range of 10-100 savii bucks but you wouldn't know what it was until you won it. The chance of winning it would be 1/516.
Had I come to a conclusion based off the fact that I received 3 prizes (1 buck, 3 points, and 1 buck in that order) within the space of about 20 tries and that I witnessed 3 different users receive 1 buck, 40 points, and 1 buck during the first few moments of entering a chatroom, I might be inclined to agree that the game is too easy.
The stream of chatroom messages announcing winners: Yes, slightly annoying and mildly cluttering notably in a crowded chat, but they will slow to a trickle and already have to some extent.
"Spamming" the slots? The typical point rewards earned around the site are not substantial enough to guarantee the ability to spam as you call it. The game can be played for prolonged periods granted that the player has a very decent point count, but obviously it's still a gamble with no guarantees.
Easy bucks for non-admins? Maybe, but then again we can all pull the weak argument that in the end it's virtual currency for fun.
The odds: By default, the current odds equate 1 buck with 40 points, which at this point of bucks being kinda common, kills the average auction price. Could easily be amended by decreasing the odds for a buck by a lot, but it's just a suggestion.
Revenue: That's practically irrelevant right now with the selling of web hosting and bucks being suspended.
So anyway, I find this to be fine example of not jumping to conclusions based on limited personal experience--especially with slots! I'm in favour of a few more reward options as long as none exceed 1 buck. And I don't see the game as a "big fail", though a few tweaks might be very helpful.
@Takis_Teh_Greek There's still room for others to agree or disagree, so until the thread becomes a complete moot point, it can stay open.
@Takis That's like saying I've seen someone win 1mil in a casino. Point is just because people have a chance at a sum of money doesn't mean it should be removed.
It's actually really hard usually to win stuff im savii slots, i've probably used 100-ish points and i've only won a few savii points and 3 bucks. Do you always get this jealous when people win stuff that you had to "work for" to get?
