What were the things you'd do as a child to hide yourself from monsters?

Just reply with things you did, or do to protect youself from monsters. And if you're tough as nails, explain how you came to believe there are no monster.

I'd make rawring and growling noises to scare them away.

When i was 6 i would sleep with a water gun,which wasnt pretty when the water would spill out. -.-

My grandma used to tell me a monster would come out the vents if i didnt go take a nap o-e i always would act like i was asleep x]

I'd wrap myself into my blanket and peep out a little hole so I could see if a monster was coming. I remember one time I screamed the ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star at the top of my lungs thinking it's keep them away xD

I used to get a lot of heavy blankets, and throw them over me. After that, I felt like a sniper. :B

When I was 4 I would run, jump into my bed then hide myself under a blanket! Lol!

After i turned 7 seven i started thinking that maybe the monsters were scared of the dark too.Then i turned 8 and tried to look for the monsters and soon discoverd they werent real.

Well, when I was 4-5 I wasen't afraid of anything, I used to laugh at scary movies and tease the people in them lol

But actully, I saw a old show that shows video clips and you have too guess wether it's real or not, and one of the clips showed a goblin coming out of a kids closet...and it was true #_#

lol i would take all my stuffies [stuffed animal never had dolls they creeped me out] and put them all on my bed on top of me cause i thought if they want to hurt me theyll have to go thru my stuffies! and so'e other times i lined them up at my door of my closet and bed and told my stuffies to make sure the monsters dont eat or hurt me lol [i still have all my stuffies!] lol x]

This is were terror begins and ends, with stones all around, don't get to close or you'll be sunk into the ground.
