Is there a way I can design my own apps? I don't like the php apps. :/

Tried javascript? if you want other apps like iphone e.c.t, you need to know how to code them. same with mobilee apps and things.

No, it is technically 2.0 overall because 3.0 only focuses on Semantic Web and personalization--the rest is all 2.0.

The JavaScript localStorage object is without a time limit. It is permanent data that is written to your computer for a specific website, like a cookie.

The sessionStorage object is temporary, as it is eradicated once the browser is closed.
