I think I've been to a total of 4 regions--Hoenn, Sinnoh, Johto, and Kanto.

I've done each region several times. :)

Kanto at least two and a half times, Johto once fully, didn't finish Hoenn, Sinnoh once, and never did the new-fangled Unova. Pretty darn typical of me.
