I don't know enough about this particular site to help much, but I will say that making more accounts when one doesn't appear to work is not the best idea. Two possible explanations: 1) the email you provided is invalid, or 2) if the site requires account activation via email, you didn't do it.

One flaw I notice is how the area where the website terms are supposed to be isn't accessible without login/registration. So users would sign up without knowing the terms they're being bound to. Doubt it has anything to do with your problem, but still.

Yes Talk to at least an admin or Mod about it, but making multiple accounts like that, i Considered spam...so maybe thays why spam is anything repetitive so yea
