PS Vita Fails.

If they lowers the price tags the would loose money, doubt they will ever lower it I earn money but I'm not going to buy it. It's just garbage, it's destined for fail sold 46,000 last week. It's install base is lowering...

Sony already plans on not making a profit for at least 2 to 3 years with them selling it at a loss, if they drop the price even more that period will be even longer. With as much tech that's in it, it's a steal at 250. And since when does lower relative sales means a console is a fail? People consider the PSP a "fail" even though it is still selling today, not as much as the 3DS but still moving units.

Sony fan boys, like any kind of fan boys (including Nintendo), are blind and stubborn as hell. I've talked to fanboys about the Vita, and with a straight face, they said "Oh yeah, the Vita is killing the 3DS. Nintendo fails, lol."

The Vita is failing to sell in Japan, its own homeland. And Japan is crazy about handhelds. Sony executives themselves have stated their lack of faith in it.

Nintendo has dominated the handheld since the Game Boy. It's obvious they weren't going to lose that crown any time soon.

It's not that the Vita is a bad console. But, like Communism, it only worked on paper. Unless Sony manages a serious miracle, they will crash and burn.

The PSP definitely did not 'fail', so I have no idea what you're talking about, Kakashi.

And the price is definitely a possible reason as to why it's doing so badly. Nobody would want to spend so much money on a system like that when they could just get a 3DS for so much cheaper.

Even I would probably buy the 3DS over the PS Vita right now, because of the cost, TMJ, and PS Vita's lack of games.

Don't get me wrong, the PS Vita is a great handheld (I would rather have one than a 3DS) and definitely worth a play, but Nintendo has outclassed Sony in this one.

I promise you'll be disappointed.

The 3DS has more family orientated games as Nintendo usually does which is a larger audiance. Parents are more likely to buy the 3DS for that, or dont want to pay the extra money on their kid.

The price does show while playing the vita, with apps such as skype, youtube, twitter, facebook, ect.

The games are much better quality than other handheld consoles.

If people haven't played the console, they can't really judge it...

More evidence that the vita has failed? With no one going for it or nothing supporting it it has been a huge flop. System Malfunctions have gone through the roof with no way to fix them.

That doesn't mean it fails, stupid. It probably just has a slow start. Who knows. To me it's an underrated system ready to make it's way.

Waffle King, use some common sense. The games that you buy you can play on your Vita. But obviously not EVERY damn game will work on it. For example, I don't see Sports Champions play-able on the Vita. And its not Sony's choice whether or not games like CoD come out on the Vita, is it?

I've read in multiple articles across the interwebs, and in alot of the comments in articles that the Wii U is struggling, not doing nearly as good as what the original Wii did. Not saying its doing as bad as what the Vita is, but just saying. A EA executive sais he dislikes the Wii U and they have no projects in the works for it.
