Personally I think Nintendo has given up on Memo for now and there working on bigger things like WiiU and other 3DS applications. The way I see it, don't expect Memo to come for quite some time.

It's not like Nintendo is just a single team or a couple of development teams. They have dozens, not to mention their contracted second parties such as Retro Studios and Game Freak (company that handles the Pokemon series). They have plenty of teams which could be working on Memo currently.

It's my job to help the next generation, and set a good example for them. And for that I'll gladly lay down my life.

Or they should approve Flipnotes. When someone posts a Flipnote, the service approves it by YES, 18+ or NO. If 18+, they should censor inappropriate scenes.

Well this situation reminds me of that time a few augusts ago, where I kept visiting the nintendo shop waiting for flipnote studio, good times. They'll probably push it back a bit and keep us waiting, but who knows.
