SOPA and PIPA Bill who agrees it should be petitioned?

If this bill is passed all major sites such as FaceBook, Twitter, and Youtube will be shutdown even flipnote Hatena. And there could be a slight chance of SDK getting shut down. If the bills passed guess what no more getting music for free or listening to music for free youll have to get it off itunes and listen to it.
