I use the 3D Gallery alot, and seem to have trouble keeping the images up without somee rude mod taking them down. like my dam, paintin, and st. louis in arch ablbum.

The dispute over acceptable 3D Photo Gallery content was pointed out a while ago, and it was largely decided that anything appropriate exhibiting three-dimensional properties was fine, while mere shots of artwork/photographs/game-screens/graphics/etc would not be.
Catch my drift.

Lock this, please.[/quote]While this does need to get locked, this thread was made two days before that blog. He wanted answers and everyone else was being immuture snobs (Besides Moulder, and he did give a possible answer before that blog came out, Thank you for your maturity.). So Gleeok gave him his answers. By the way, I am unable to lock my own threads and getting an admin's attention other than messageing them is kinda difficult.
If everyone who followed their dreams made it, we all would be famous.

The de facto policy on 3D photos stands. If you guys have problems concerning the regulation practices, then present your argument reasonably and logically. Confront the practice, not the individual. I won't stand to see continued and unbased slander.

There may be a few things that some of you are missing: There is no established set of rules, especially for all the various sections; our terms are purposefully written in a general way. Mods have the right to use their own judgement and discretion when moderating around the website, and sometimes that judgement can be skewed. For the most part, it is not, and that's why those users have those responsibilities.

On another note, I know several users are pretty frustrated. But you can't keep saying "this ain't right" or spamming stuff like "why are you deleting this". I can see what gets submitted just as well as everyone else, so odds are everyone won't be fooled. Most likely, the displeasure is over the deletion itself more than the reason for it, and that's kind of natural.

Anyway, if anybody is confused about the 3D photo gallery guidelines, I can elaborate.
Catch my drift.

Here is the thing. The 3D photo gallery is for 3D pictures TAKEN with the 3D camera, not taken with a 2D camera with bulge effects.

I will continue to delete the pictures, since they are still technically 2D photos, not true 3D pictures taken with the 3D camera.

Your makeup is terrible, but I love you anyway.

Also, if you want so desperatly to showcase your non 3D 3D pictures, you can host them on photobucket, imgr, or tiny pic and use the newly functional extra pages on your profile to showcase them.

And because this is just a poor excuse for "OMG U ABOOS PWERS I M MD" I am locking and deleting the horribly spelled posts that were incredibly off topic and worthless to this thread.
